About Andrew S. Roth
Andrew S. Roth has been a practicing attorney for over twenty-five (25) years. His practice focuses on Commercial and Residential Real Estate, including purchase and sales, commercial leasing, commercial and residential financing, distressed property workouts, and 1031 exchanges.
Andrew received his LL.M. (Masters of Law) in Real Property Development from the University of Miami, and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo. Andrew also received his Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) from the State University of New York at Albany.
Andrew is admitted to the bar in both New York and New Jersey, and admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. In addition, Andrew was selected among the 2023 New Jersey Super Lawyers, and has been recognized by both “201” Magazine and “Bergen” Magazine as one of “Bergen’s Top Lawyers” for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Andrew has previously served as the alternate municipal prosecutor for the Borough of Oakland, New Jersey, and from 2004 – 2008 was a certified as a criminal trial attorney in the state of New Jersey. Andrew previously served as a Board Trustee and General Legal Counsel for Temple Avodat Shalom in River Edge, New Jersey.
